Capabilities

Everything it takes to run a dining room

One system that keeps up with a dinner rush, instead of paper tabs and mental arithmetic.

  • Floor plan and tabs

    Dining room, garden, terrace — build your own zones. Drag tables to move or merge them; one open tab per table.

  • The waiter's own phone

    Unlimited waiters connect from their phone's browser on the same Wi-Fi. No handheld terminals to buy, no per-seat licence.

  • Kitchen display

    Tickets change colour as they wait. When the kitchen marks an item ready, the waiter who took the order gets it on their phone instantly.

  • Thermal and kitchen tickets

    Kitchen ticket, bill, receipt and Z report. Added items print as a delta, cancellations as a reversal. Receipt layout is edited block by block.

  • Flexible payment

    Cash, card and meal cards. Take payment by amount, by selected items or split per person; the remaining balance is calculated for you.

  • Configurable permissions

    Voids, refunds, discounts, comps, table merges, Z... The manager decides which role may do what, and whether a PIN is required.

  • Promotions and loyalty

    Happy hour with day and time windows, by category or product. Customer cards and points keyed to a phone number.

  • Reports

    Daily revenue, Z report, product and category sales, revenue per waiter, hourly load, payment mix, comps / waste / voids.

  • e-Adisyon and e-Arşiv

    UBL-TR documents produced per the Turkish Revenue Administration's e-Adisyon technical guide, with the official QR code on e-Arşiv invoices. Filing will go through a licensed integrator; that layer is in testing and not live yet.

Setup

How it is set up

  • The till is the server

    A touchscreen PC on Windows 10 or newer is enough. Data lives on that machine; the internet is only needed for cloud backup and remote reporting.

  • We handle the setup

    Your tables, menu, prices, staff, printer and receipt template are prepared in the setup wizard. The menu can be imported in bulk from Excel or CSV.

  • Daily backup

    A local backup is taken automatically at end of day and kept for 30 days; copy it to a USB stick whenever you like. Cloud backup and remote reporting are optional.

WHEN THE INTERNET DROPS

Flip the switch: only the line to the outside goes down. The till PC is the server and waiter phones reach it over the same Wi-Fi, so orders, the kitchen and the bill keep going.

It does not replace your fiscal register

Labyra POS runs your tabs, kitchen and checkout. The fiscal receipt stays with your existing registered till; the two run side by side. The e-Invoice / e-Archive layer, through the private integrator Nilvera, is in testing and not live yet.
