What solutions does Labyra offer?
We offer six core solutions: Labyra Label (browser-based barcode & label management app), Labyra ERP (an all-in-one modern ERP covering accounting, e-transformation, inventory, payroll and manufacturing), Automation (WhatsApp bot, IVR, online booking, n8n flows), Web Design (conversion-focused, mobile-friendly sites), Labyra Akademi (tutoring & course management system) and QR Menu (a digital menu for businesses: a free self-service builder, or turnkey with setup + a maintenance plan). Which devices does Labyra Label run on?
Labyra Label is a web application: you sign in at label.labyra.co with your browser. Windows, macOS or tablet — it doesn't matter; no installation or updates are needed, but an internet connection is required. Labels are produced as PDFs and sent to your connected printer through the browser's print dialog.
Which systems does the ERP integration support?
Logo Tiger/Go, Mikro, Nebim V3 (via ODBC over MS SQL Server), Paraşüt (cloud REST API) and Dia are supported. We provide direct, secure access to the ERP database on the same network; product, price and stock data sync automatically.
What does the automation package include?
A WhatsApp bot (Calendly-integrated booking), smart call routing (IVR), missed-call recovery, a callback system and custom n8n workflows. Offered to businesses with a setup + monthly maintenance model; all channels consolidate into a single calendar.
What do I get with the web design service?
A conversion-focused, mobile-friendly and fast-loading site; custom domain, SSL, technical SEO/metadata, work to rank higher on Google, Google Ads management, booking (Calendly or built-in calendar) and WhatsApp integration. What is QR Menu and how does it work?
QR Menu is a digital menu for restaurants and cafes. A customer scans the QR code at the table with their phone and sees your menu in the browser within a second — no app to install. We design the menu for your brand and also provide print-ready QR codes and table cards.
How much is QR Menu? Is there a monthly fee?
There are two paths. If you want to build it yourself, the QR menu builder at /hizmetler/qr-menu is free. For the turnkey option: a one-time ₺1.990 setup + a flexible maintenance plan (₺199 monthly or ₺1.990 yearly ≈ ₺166/mo, best value). The maintenance plan covers hosting, unlimited updates and support; your menu always stays up to date. See the Pricing page for details.
Can I update my QR menu later?
Yes. If a price changes or an item sells out, you update it instantly from the panel; no reprint needed, the change reflects immediately in the QR menu. Unlimited updates are included in the maintenance plan.
What is Labyra Akademi?
Labyra Akademi is an integrated management system for tutoring centers, study halls and courses: student and guardian management, hourly attendance, exam-score analysis, an academic calendar, installments/collection and WhatsApp notifications — all in one panel. It's currently in development; contact us for early access.
How can I import my existing products?
Drag your CSV or Excel file and import your products in seconds with automatic column mapping (Lite & Pro). UTF-8, ISO-8859-9, and Windows-1254 encodings are supported. With ERP integration, products can also flow in automatically.
Which barcode types are supported?
EAN-13, EAN-8, Code128, Code39, UPC-A, ISBN, and QR codes are supported (Lite & Pro). Custom barcode formats can also be added.
Is my data secure?
Yes. In Labyra Label each business's data is isolated from the others with row-level security (RLS); servers are in Frankfurt (EU) and connections are encrypted end to end. On the ERP side cloud is the standard, with an on-premise option for enterprise customers. You can export your data at any time.
