We stand beside business software, not in front of it

Labyra comes from the Greek labýrinthos — the labyrinth. We took the front of the word and added a flowing “-a”; we wanted a name that points not to the maze, but to the way out of it. Because running a business feels exactly like a labyrinth: accounting is one corridor, inventory another, then e-invoicing, labels... Turn a corner and a new wall appears.

Look at our logo: the interlocking arcs form a labyrinth, with a small golden dot at its very center. That dot is no accident. In the old myth, Ariadne hands Theseus a golden thread so he won’t get lost; the thread is what shows the way out. The golden dot at the heart of our logo is the end of that thread — the mark that points to the center, the exit, the next step, right where you got lost.
